I created AboveandAfterTraining (AAT) to help players of all ages and levels improve not just in soccer, but also as individuals. I did not have such opportunities when I was younger and now want to provide them through AAT, drawing on my own experiences and knowledge gained from various coaches during my playing career as well as coaching career. AAT is intended for players who want to take their game to the next level.
